• The master bedroom has a view to the garden and also you can see a little bit of ocean! It has has an spacious bathroom with double closets.

• The two other bedrooms have plenty of closets, a jack and jill bathroom and desks in case you need to work!

• This property has a bodega, enough to fit many boxes, suitcases and even a bicycle/surf board. We have snorkel gear in case you want to snorkel. Our closest snorkel beach is five minutes by car.

• There is plenty of space for two cars in front of the house and visitors parking in the property and in front of the property.

• The community has two pools with lounge chairs and umbrellas, barbecue area with tables and chairs for parties.

• This community “Punta Arena” is seven mins. from downtown area and Medano Beach. It is walking distant to Fresco our mexican supermarket and two mins to Costco. We also can walk to the closest beach by The Cape next to Sunset by Monalisa restaurant, it will take you approx. 15 minutes.
